Chief Executive Officer, Founder and Executive Director
Michael Stanley has a strong pedigree in home and property development. He was appointed chief executive officer (2005-2014) of Stanley Holdings, following the demerger of Shannon Homes, a large Irish house builder in which the Stanley family held a 50% stake. Michael also co-founded Coastland Partnership (2001 to 2009), a partnership focusing on property development in Dublin and London.
In recent years, Michael has served as non-executive director of Oneview Healthcare (2011 to 2016), and adviser to Endeco Limited, an Irish energy company (2011 to 2014). In 2012, he established Lead Asset Management Limited, a property development company which subsequently completed planning and redevelopment of a number of residential and commercial schemes in Dublin.
Founder, Executive Director
Alan McIntosh has been a principal investor and part of successful investor groups for over 17 years. During this time he has had operational management roles and been part of management teams that have successfully grown a number of different businesses. Alan was a co-founder of each of Pearl Group (now listed as Phoenix Group plc), Punch Taverns plc, Spirit Group plc and Wellington Pub Company Ltd.
Alan’s private investment vehicle, Emerald Investment Partners, has interests in real estate, healthcare, biotech and technology in Europe and North America. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte & Touche in 1992.
Chief Commercial Officer
Kevin has an excellent track record in residential development with particular focus at the design stage, planning, and the commercialisation of property.
His career started in residential agency with specialist new homes firm Hooke & MacDonald, his last role as Sales and Marketing director. In 2001 he co-founded Coastland Partnership a property development entity which had notable successes in Dublin and London.
More recently Kevin led the development of 'The Bakery' a highly regarded mixed use scheme in Belfast city comprising 156 loft style apartments, podium garden and retail space. The project won 'Best Commercial Development' award at the 2014 Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) N. Ireland annual event.
Chief Operating Officer
Jude Byrne was Development Manager (2000 to 2010) with Castlethorn Construction, a leading Irish homebuilder, where he was responsible for development of over 5,000 residential units across the various land-banks held by the company throughout the Greater Dublin Area, including the €1.2 billion Adamstown Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) in West Dublin, one of the largest residential new-town projects in Europe.
More recently Jude was Director of Asset Development (2011 to 2015) at commercial semi-state company Coillte where he led a business responsible for delivering a €500m Capital Development Programme. Jude is an award winning Chartered Civil Engineer.
Group Finance Director
Eamonn O’Kennedy was previously Chief Financial Officer (2012 to 2014) of Independent News and Media plc, a company with a dual listing in Dublin and London with over 1,000 members of staff and a peak market cap of €2,967 million.
Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer, Eamonn held a number of management roles with Independent News and Media plc between 1999 and 2012, including Finance Director (Ireland) and Group Finance Manager. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, having qualified with PwC in 1996.
Group Construction Director
A highly experienced construction professional, Liam O’Brien was Director of Development and Construction at Menolly Homes Dublin from 2002 to 2009 leading numerous residential developments from inception through to delivery. At its peak, Menolly achieved up to 1,500 completions per year, and during Liam’s time with the company built over 10,000 homes throughout Ireland.
Since 2009 he has operated his own quantity surveying and project management firm. Previously he had varied roles in project management, tendering, and as Senior Quantity Surveyor, with Ascon, a leading civil engineering and contracting firm, and Stanley MacAdam.
