High-quality residential development comprising predominately apartments in a parkland setting located within the south Dublin suburb of Blackrock. The development will incorporate amendments to the protected room in Chesterfield House befitting the sylvan character of the land to the north of the site.

Background
The site extends to c. 7.50 acres (3 Ha) of current greenfield land set back from the public road and enclosed by its mature woodland setting, which includes Chesterfield House to the north. Cross Avenue is one of South County Dublin’s primary residential addresses, extending south toward Clonfadda Wood, with Booterstown Park forming the eastern boundary. It is within walking distance of Blackrock village, with a high volume of services and amenities in close proximity. Strong transport links also serve Cross Avenue with frequent DART, bus and commuter services operating nearby.
