Affordable Purchase Scheme
A selection of 3-bedroom homes in Nyne Park will be made available under the Affordable Purchase Scheme, a government initiative aimed at making homeownership more accessible.
Kilkenny County Council will be offering these homes at a price lower than its open market value and in return will take a percentage equity share in the home equal to the difference between the open market value of the home and the price paid by you.
