Unlock Your Future in Irish Construction

The Cairn Apprenticeship Programme is designed to attract and train the next generation of our industry, so they can contribute to building a sustainable Ireland where people can thrive.

It is our ambition to enhance the viability of the construction sector in Ireland by addressing the skills gap and attract new talent.

In alignment with the Irish government's Housing for All strategy, the programme plays a pivotal role in increasing the number of construction apprentices across the residential sector, which will be a rewarding experience for everyone involved.

Unlock Your Future in Irish Construction

Investing in the future of the Industry

A career in construction starts with the right foundation - and at Cairn, our Apprenticeship Programme gives you the skills, experience, and support to build yours.

As Ireland’s largest homebuilder, we’re investing €10 million over the next five years in the Cairn Apprenticeship Programme. This initiative aims to tackle barriers to apprenticeship retention and recruitment, addressing an anticipated shortfall of apprentices in the upcoming years.

By partnering with our subcontractors and the broader industry, Cairn is helping to pave the way for the next generation of construction professionals through tutoring, training and education programmes, financial support, and collaboration with educational institutions to encourage careers in construction, ultimately enabling participants to unlock their future in a thriving industry.
