Cairn Homes plc issues a trading update for the year ended 31 December 2022 in advance of full year results to be announced on 2 March 2023.

Cairn Homes plc has today been granted full planning permission by South Dublin County Council for the first phase of its new housing scheme as part of the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone (SDZ), an ambitious new suburb in Dublin 24 located just 13km from the City Centre targeted to provide new homes for 25,000 people.

The First Home shared equity scheme is a new €400 million government initiative designed to support first-time buyers to buy new houses and apartments.

Cairn Homes plc has completed a refinancing of its €277.5 million syndicate facility into a sustainability linked term loan and revolving credit facility with AIB, Bank of Ireland and Barclays Bank Ireland. Following the refinance, the Company is maintaining its total debt facilities at €350 million.
