A contemporary design which complements both the house and garden, the Garden Office offers a flexible space that allows separation from the home.  Speaking about the new offering, Cairn’s Director of Customer, Sarah Murray commented “our new Garden Offices offer people the option of having a private working from home space, that promotes a positive work life balance.  We were keen to quickly but thoughtfully address our customers changing needs, and worked alongside our long-term partners in Kingspan to develop a solution that enhances the way people live in their homes.” 

In choosing a partner for this initiative, Cairn sought to work with Kingspan who have worked together in delivering almost 1,000 Cairn Homes.  The custom-built solution was designed by Cairn’s in-house architects and designers in consultation with Kingspan Engineers. 

A prototype Garden Office is now available to view in Cairn’s show homes in Mariavilla in Maynooth and Gandon Park in Lucan.

The Garden Office is just one of a number of new initiatives in the pipeline for Cairn.  These new ideas are being developed with the needs of the customer to the fore, and will be introduced in line with their feedback.

Cairn’s focus remains firmly on delivering affordable new homes so Garden Offices will be an optional extra separate to the purchase of the home.
