Cairn is delighted to have been awarded Residential Project of the Year for Griffith Wood at the 2023 Irish Construction Excellence Awards.  Located on the prestigious Griffith Avenue in Dublin 7, Griffith Wood consists mainly of apartments over seven blocks with a small number of houses, a residential amenity building, a creche and new public park.

The award ceremony followed a two-stage entry process which involved a written submission and subsequent interview with a panel of experts.  Particular areas of focus were on Quality, Delivery, Health & Safety, Innovation and how challenges were overcome in the midst of the global pandemic.
